After confirmation of your booking, you will be sent a detailed set of health appraisal questionnaires. These can take up to 2.5 hours to fill out. With this information, we get a sense of what bodily systems are dysfunctional and  your coaching protocol can be tailored accordingly to these results.

Dietary Foundations

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. I use a personalized approach, called Metabolic Typing, to identify your unique genetic dietary needs. Metabolic Typing takes into account your individual body chemistry to determine the types and ratios of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins that are suitable for your specific needs. This allows for efficient energy production and creates sustainable health, without relying on restrictive dietary protocols. This approach empowers you to trust your body's own intuition and find your natural weight in a sustainable manner.

Cellular Health

Optimal cellular health is essential for overall health and wellbeing. That's why I take a personalized approach to building cellular health, focusing on the critical role of a balanced mineral profile in allowing your cells to carry out metabolic processes, produce energy, and clear waste. We will use both Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and Functional Bloodwork to assess your body's cellular mineral stores and identify any deficiencies, imbalances, or toxicities. Based on these results, we develop a customized supplement program to correct any imbalances and support optimal cellular function.

Detoxification

Optimal detoxification is crucial to overall health and wellbeing, especially in today's world where we are constantly exposed to environmental toxins. That's why I take a comprehensive approach to detoxification, focusing on the 5 organs of detoxification to ensure your detox pathways are open and functioning optimally.

This coaching includes a thorough assessment of your detoxification pathways, as well as targeted recommendations to support optimal function of the liver, kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin.

Through this coaching and personalized approach, we'll work together to identify any areas of dysfunction in your digestive system and develop a customized plan to support optimal digestive function. The goal is to help you achieve digestive health, so you can get the most out of the food you consume and feel your best every day.

Energy Optimisation

This approach is centered around two key areas: the adrenals and the thyroid.

The adrenals are responsible for producing and regulating the body's stress hormones, which can impact energy levels, mood, and overall health. I'll work with you to identify any imbalances in this area and develop strategies to support optimal adrenal function. Similarly, the thyroid plays a crucial role in regulating metabolism and energy levels. I'll work with you to identify any thyroid imbalances and develop a customized plan to optimize thyroid function and support overall health.
