You have booked your initial session and received confirmation of this via email. Within this email there is also is a private link to enable you to book your 15 further sessions at your convenience.

Another email containtaining a liability waiver and a series of health  questionnaires will be sent to you shortly. These forms are quite detailed, so please expect approximately 1 hour to fill them out. These must be returned 72 hours before the initial session commences or the session will be rescheduled for a later date.

Email reminders for each scheduled session are sent to you both 24 and 2 hours prior.
