You have booked your initial session and received confirmation of this via email. Within this email there is also is a private link to enable you to book your 3 further sessions at your convenience.

Another email containtaining a liability waiver and a series of health  questionnaires will be sent to you shortly. These forms are quite detailed, so please expect approximately 1.5 hours to fill them out. These must be returned 72 hours before the initial session commences or the session will be rescheduled for a later date.

Email reminders for each scheduled session are sent to you both 24 and 2 hours prior.
